DISCUSSION: How to burn your belly fat
Most people complain about their belly fat that no matter how hard they work out, the fat doesn't burn up. Working out is important so also is watching what you eat, when you eat, how much food you eat and how to eat. These things really matters if you want positive quick results. I know there are lots of videos on youtube showing you how to out work out, it's very important but most of us don't really have much idea on how to go about it. Hard work they say doesn't come easy and also it is not a day job, you need to keep doing it over and over until you get what you want.
         Fat belly can be a thing of the past if you can't start by watching what you eat... most of our kids nowadays rely more on junks which is really having a great defect on them. if you can't say no to junks atleast reduce how you consume it. Excess of everything is bad and harmful. So don't let's be ignorant or careless about what we eat or give our children.

Let me give you a quick tips on how to burn your belly fat:
1. Don't eat late or too much ( eat little quantity but often)
2. Take tea or coffee with low or no sugar before work out.
3. Engage in sit-ups as much as you can.
4. Road walk or jogging if possible to keep your muscles active.
5. Drink a lot of water when necessary.
6. Repeat it 3-4 times in a week if you can't make it everyday.
 But remember, these are the things you will need to do or not do to get a successful results:
1. Eat  less fatty foods
2. Eat more healthy and fresh fruits
3. Take much of protein rich foods or drinks
4. Stay way from sugar
5. Don't starve yourself.
