The pix was taken at the Silverbird Man of the Year Award ceremony held on Sunday in Lagos where the two governors were both crowned 2013 Man of the Year. Governor Peter Obi don't have swagger at all, he is dancing Owigri like Bayelsa people, not Galala. Lol! Get it up for Governor Fashola, he tried.
